SERVICOM @ MOUAU
Welcome to SERVICOM @ MOUAU.
SERVICOM means Service Compact with all Nigerians. It is a social contract between the Federal government of Nigeria and its people. SERVICOM gives Nigerians the right to demand good service. Details of these rights are contained in various Service Charters which are available in all government agencies where services are provided to the public. The Service Charters tell the public what to expect and what to do if the service fails or falls short of their expectation.
The SERVICOM Service Charter @ MOUAU sets out the services provided by the Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike and the standard to which these services will be performed. It tells the public how to complain and the means through which complaints can be channeled in case of service failure. It also details the commitment of SERVICOM @ MOUAU to report on these services and regularly review our performance.
The MOUAU Service Charter applies to our students and to everyone who has contact with the Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, including the employers of our graduates. This Charter has been developed in consultation with the staff of the University and other stakeholders. Local Charters have been developed for our various service windows. These Charters are available at our various service windows, our Liaison Office at Abuja and on our website.
