The University through the Information & Communications Technology Directorate has implemented an eMail Service Platform that will dramatically enhance MOUAU eMail Communications. The WebMail Platform will be rolling out eMail accounts for Staff, Students & Alumni.
Some of the features currently available include;
 MOUAU eMail for Life!
Even though it will be hosted by Google, it will be a MOUAU email address and an account that staff and students can keep for life (as Alumni), even after they have completed their academic experience at MOUAU!

 Documents & Spreadsheets!
Collaborating with peers, sharing and working together on documents, all online, is another great feature available to all MOUAU WebMail users!

 Google Talk!
MOUAU WebMail users can also call or send instant messages to their contacts from their MOUAU WebMail accounts.

 Lots of Space!
Each MOUAU WebMail user will have lots of space (over 7GB) and be able to keep a lot of eMail. The MOUAU WebMail also provides advanced search tools to quickly locate the emails you need, no matter how many you keep around!

The MOUAU WebMail Service is now available for:
- Staff.
- Students.
- Alumni.
- AgricPortal.
